By accessing and using ShadowFit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
ShadowFit provides premium fitness activities, route creation tools, and Strava integration. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use ShadowFit. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Service Description
ShadowFit provides the following services:
- Custom fitness activity creation and route design
- Premium curated route collection
- Strava integration and activity synchronization
- Real-time progress tracking and notifications
- Secure payment processing for premium activities
4. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You may delete your account at any time. Account termination will result in the removal or anonymization of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Premium Services and Payments
By purchasing premium content, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide accurate payment details
- Acknowledge that all sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Use purchased activities strictly for personal purposes
Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). ShadowFit does not store your payment card details.
6. Strava Integration
By connecting your Strava account:
- You authorize ShadowFit to access your Strava profile and activity data via OAuth
- You consent to the upload of purchased activities to your Strava account
- You acknowledge that Strava’s Terms of Service apply independently
- You can revoke access at any time via ShadowFit settings or your Strava account
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt systems
- Resell or redistribute premium activities
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
8. Intellectual Property
ShadowFit, its trademarks, and its content are the exclusive property of ShadowFit, protected under international laws. Premium content is licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed without prior written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ShadowFit provides the Service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Injuries or health issues caused by activities
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Loss of data or unauthorized account access
- Failures of third-party services (e.g., Strava, payment processors)
- Indirect or consequential damages
11. Service Modifications and Termination
ShadowFit reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
- Update these Terms with prior notice
- Terminate accounts for violations
- Suspend access for maintenance or security reasons
12. Force Majeure
ShadowFit shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or third-party service disruptions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
